What do we aim to achieve with this project?
Waves of Learning is an Erasmus+ project of the Maritime School Zadar aimed at strengthening the professional competences of students and teachers through international experiences, professional development, and practical work in partner schools and organizations across Europe.
The project enables students to gain real work experience in their field, while teachers have the opportunity for professional growth, job shadowing with European colleagues, and learning new educational methods.
Through mobilities in Portugal, Italy, and Turkey, participants develop their professional and language skills, gain insight into different work cultures, and enhance their autonomy, confidence, and readiness for the labor market.
At the same time, the school strengthens its international network, increases its visibility, and enriches teaching with innovative approaches and modern pedagogical tools.

26 students (vocational traineeship, 12 days)
3 accompanying teachers
2 teachers in job shadowing (5 days)

What do we expect from this project?
