Pomorska škola Zadar has opened a call for participation in an Erasmus+ mobility under the project "Waves of Learning II – New Horizons" (2026-1-HR01-KA122-VET-000443387), approved by the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes. The project continues the school's previous Erasmus+ activities and runs from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2027.
Twelve students of the Nautical Officer and Marine Engineering programmes will spend two weeks (14 days) on a work placement in maritime companies in Limassol, Cyprus, one of Europe's largest centres for fleet management and shore-based maritime operations. The mobility is planned for spring 2027, accompanied by two teachers. Travel, accommodation and subsistence costs are covered by the Erasmus+ programme.
All third- and fourth-year students of both programmes may apply. Selection is based on a scoring table covering academic achievement, vocational subjects, English, conduct in the previous year, participation in school activities in 2025/2026 and a motivation letter. Students with fewer opportunities receive 2 additional points.
Applications are submitted exclusively through the form available on EduPage. The deadline is 2 October 2026. Results will be published on the school website under applicant codes, without names.
